How do I care for my Hedley & Bennett apron?
To keep your apron in top condition, machine wash it in cold water with like colors. Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to prevent shrinkage. For aprons with leather straps, remember to remove the straps before washing.
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer custom embroidery or personalization?
Yes! We offer high-quality embroidery services for many of our aprons and chef coats. You can add your name, title, or logo directly on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your gear. We accept returns and exchanges on unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized or embroidered items are final sale.
